Last week, I was bored and kind of sucky. Then I found this amazing game just lying in the internets. My brother was playing it and I got interested by looking at it so I said to him to hand me out a copy of the game. And then I played. And it was all good. A goo gobbling up all the things that go in his path. The game was so nice and addictive that I got hooked up to it. It’s so cool. The goo ate all things from bacteria, algae, coins, balls, cars to planets, galaxies, nebulas, and even time itself. The story of the game was that scientists from a lab were supposed to create a goo that would eat toilet germs. It was intended to be a bathroom cleaner. But they got it all wrong because later on, the goo eats a lot more than germs from the toilet. The goo gobbles up a vast array of prey in the game.
The name of the game is Tasty Planet. It’s got 60 levels of non-stop eating action that is subdivided into nine sub-levels: The laboratory, the outside, the picnic table, the ocean, the park, the city, the sky, the orbit, and the cosmos. The goo gets bigger and bigger with every prey that he eats but he cannot eat them at one go because the goo needs to grow a certain size for it to eat the larger beings in the level. Some beings also cause the goo to get smaller or some inflict fatal damage to the goo. The game also features three different kinds of game modes. There is the timed mode wherein one gets to play under time pressure and medals will be rewarded for beating a specific time limit. There is the casual mode wherein the player’s objective is just to finish the entire game. And of course, there is the all time-favorite: the survival mode. The name of the survival mode is easy. Avoid being killed. There are also cheats that can be activated by finishing the game modes.
So you see, this game is cool. If you are bored or if you have nothing much to do, you got to play this game. It’s enjoyable and exciting. I give a rating of 9 for the game as a whole from a scale of 1-10 because the game is really great. It’s relaxing, it’s a stress reliever, and at the same time it’s challenging.
