SRY I am not being able to update the site constantly. It’s because I have a lot of things to attend to asides from blogging. The best reason for it is too much of school and schoolworks.
Shit I’m already thinking of the vacation. As I was sifting through my notes earlier in the library, I saw the swimming pools at the Rizal Memorial and I thought about the summer vacation in my head. It’s really sad to think that while my friends and buddies are already vacationing, I am still stuck in school, finishing unfinished business. Some of them even were on vacation already since the second week of March. It really sucks. But what can I do, that’s the rules of the school. My ass will be pwned hard if I don’t abide them.
And then I’m facing the biggest debacle of the term next week - the finals. There’s nothing more agonizing an experience in college as experiencing a final exam. The stress factor is just unexplainable. Sleepless nights are uncountable. The brain cell damage is just uncontrollable. Palpitation during hard final exams cannot be avoided. Increased level of nervousness during major exams is flowing like floodgates opening wide. Long nails get to be cut short because of lack of information to questions. So see? Final exams in college are really that strenuous for a college student.
However, as hard as final exams may seem, there is still hope for students who procrastinate for the finals next week. There’s the Holy Week! They (or we) can use the Holy Week and the April 9 no class day as a period to review. Ample time! Here’s how I plan my Holy Week studying binge:
Thursday: Accounting. The baddest subject of them all. The typical subject that you’d loathe to death and yet you still end up taking it. Just because you need it for graduation. Accounting is a motherfucking hard subject. And I’ve got a business case to finish in Accounting. Really sucks. Corporation accounting’s hard but I know I can do it lol.
Friday: Macroeconomics. Another hard major subject that I need to focus reviewing on. Will focus on the Solow Growth Models, the Mundell-Fleming Models and some other model shit. I flunked the midterm exam here in MACREC2, almost causing havoc on my midterm grade and I need to pull out an inspired performance on this exam for me to pull out higher final grades.
Saturday: Microeconomics. I’ve started reviewing here because this is the easiest subject to review. Topics covered are perfect competition, general equilibrium and risk/uncertainty. I got to master the art of calculus because I’ll surely flunk this if I don’t lolz.
Sunday: Econometrics. I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO REVIEW HERE. AND YOU SUCK TOO. I only know how to regress and that’s it. Will it be enough? I don’t know.
Monday: Review of Accounting and Macroeconomics. Since these two subjects are my first exams, these are the things that I will first refresh in my mind for the Tuesday exams.
Well, that basically rounds out the exams for my Final Exams Week. I wish me goodluck and also I wish goodluck to all who will carry their personal cross during the Holy Week and the penultimate week.
